Northamber Solutions deliver WatchGuard Support
Support Northamber Solutions and WatchGuard are able to offers resellers a range of Support Contracts for Devices with a valid subscription. These contracts are typically for 12 months and we can arrange for contract consolidation should it be required. Different levels of support are available and vary from Silver telephone support, through to Gold fully managed support service.
Northamber can also manage your Support contract renewals. We maintain records and notify resellers as and when their customer contracts are due to expire with quote templates to assist the managing their renewal process. Advance notice is given 60 days ahead of the renewal date, in addition to any notification sent directly to the customer by the vendor. A support upgrade is also offered and available at the time of renewal. Once a support contract is purchased, we will issue the appropriate Support Certificate.
Northamber Solutions deliver WatchGuard Replacement Support
Northamber Solutions and WatchGuard are pleased to offer our resellers two levels of replacement service, in the unlikely event of a faulty unit being delivered or should the unit become faulty, any device with a valid license subscription will also include Next Business Day replacement as standard. Should a faster service be required, the option to upgrade to a 4hr replacement service.
4hr Advanced Replacement
In the unlikely event your unit becomes faulty a replacement unit will be issued. Express Exchange is a 4 business hour replacement service (within normal working hours), from the time our RMA is issued. Currently, this service is limited to certain postcode areas. Please contact us to check if you are ‘in area’. For both services, the unit in question must be deemed faulty WatchGuard customer services team, and an RMA (Returned Materials Authorisation) number issued
Gold Fully Managed Support
This support package offer a totally ‘hands off’ solution for your WatchGuard device. Operated and monitored by ‘Gold’ qualified WatchGuard engineers you will receive full Firewall Management including Cloud config storage, Unlimited config change requests, Remote assistance, Unlimited Helpdesk (email, phone & web support) weekdays, working hours, Technical Account Manager, and Next Business Day Re-imaging service.
For customers wishing to check that their device is configured and operating correctly Northamber can carry out a remote Audit Service. This is half day service is perfect for ensuring your configuration & setup is still relevant & configured accordingly. All security policies will be checked & re-configured according to the customers requirements where needed, ensuring your device is working to the maximum of its capabilities & delivering the best performance.
